- 📦 Original Packaging: The product must be returned in the exact original packaging it arrived in, and handed over to the courier securely packed and protected.
- 🕒 Time Limit: Exchange or return requests must be submitted within the store's allowed period from the date of receiving the shipment.
- 📸 Photo Verification: Uploading clear photos of the shoes (especially the sole) is mandatory for request review and courier dispatch approval.
